He led Fox Sports' Australia digital division and co-founded an animal supplement company in the USA, adding more feathers to his digital cap. His profound insights and pragmatic approach ensure that everything we roll out for clients resonates with purpose, underpinned by a focus on generating realisable business results. Importantly, he’s also an AI-obsessed aficionado, weaving it into client campaigns where relevant to gain that elusive competitive edge. The kind of out-of-the-box thinker you want on your team.

Bruce Jacobs

Operations Director

Bruce is the navigator of our ship, the rock to our roll, the DJ to our digital d-floor, or our Operations Director. His core background is in high-level sales management roles across the FMCG market and consumer product sectors, with 17 years at the prestigious Goldwell GmbH brand marking a significant career highlight. Moving beyond this world, Bruce founded several new businesses, including the successful manufacturer and wholesaler Sheer Heaven hair products. His professional passion for sales and marketing eventually led him to establish the digital marketing agency Seventh Floor Marketing, which he later merged with YDS due to a fortunate alignment at the time. He keeps the cogs turning with our creatives, developers, strategists and account managers, optimising project performance for the best client outcomes. Every team needs a Bruce.
