In todays digital era of tough competition, anyone who has a website wants to get found online. Whether you sell products or services, you need customers from every possible source. To reach your target audience, you are required to do a lot of online marketing. In any case, as a business manager or a business owner, what matters is the return on investment (ROI).

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a technique used to optimise your online marketing efforts, attract more traffic to your website, and generate more revenue; in short a good ROI. For example, for a common keyword like “bread”, the giant search engine ‘Google’ provides more than ten million results in less than a second. So, if you have a website with the keyword ‘bread’ then the probability to come up in the top ten is very unlikely. The only saviour for you in this situation is an effective SEO strategy.

There are several reasons and benefits for you to consider SEO. See some below:

1. Change in the purchase cycle

These days, people look for information, products or services online as their trust in search engines has increased. By using effective SEO strategies you can catch the eye of many potential prospects and you can convince them once they are on your desired web page.

2. SEO is cost-effective

SEO techniques do not have to include a heavy budget, but like anything the more you do, the more results you see. With the professional help of SEO Brisbane company Your Digital Solution, the lead conversion ratio is high and it helps to reduce the cost providing a better ROI.

3. SEO has a measurable impact

SEO helps in increasing visitors to websites that can be easily measured through various tools like Alexa,, etc. The increase in visitors on websites is due to the following two impacts of an effective SEO campaign:

  1. the increased visibility in search engines,
  2. the increased awareness of the brands, products or services among web users & search engine users.

4. SEO helps to build a brand’s credibility (domain authority)

SEO, professionally executed by an SEO company, increases the visibility of your website and improves your brand awareness. It further helps your brand to become more credible. When a customer looks for a product and finds you on the top in the search results with a good amount of information available about products and services, he/she is intending to purchase, he/she feels blessed.

5. SEO works for both Online and Offline Sales

It is evident from the above discussion that SEO helps online sales but it also helps offline sales as well. These days customers are smart enough to do online research about products and services they intend to buy before choosing a supplier and making a purchase.

Unless you already have a huge brand name, and are ranking extremely well, if SEO is not implemented or it is ineffective you may tend to lose market share, a decrease in revenue and the credibility and visibility of your brand become low due to the competitors’ online marketing efforts well supported by a good digital marketing company. SEO is a very critical technique to make any online marketing effort successful.

Have you ever wondered why your blog does not appear at the top of relevant search results? Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a practice carried out to enhance your web pages in the eyes of Google and rank your website higher on search engines. SEO can work to ensure that your business is better placed, thereby improving your website’s ranking and your online visibility.

Apart from the technical aspects, there are 5 important factors to consider when writing SEO content:

  1. Ability to familiarise with your audience, the reason for writing and objectives you want to achieve with your content

It is important that you remain relevant on a specific topic and give priority answers for the questions and messages of your audience. To ensure that you remain relevant on a specific topic, it’s crucial that you know your audience very well. How do you achieve this? Build a buyer persona by conducting one on one interviews. Once you know your audience and the objective of your writing, make your content valuable by ensuring that you carry out proper research.

  1. Carry out Proper Research

Avoid relying entirely on the interest of your audience. The research should give you a way of addressing concerns of people searching for information regarding a concept or a topic. Try your level best to add value by providing wide range of content ideas.

  1. Determination of the SEO keywords of your choice

It is very crucial to be familiar with the three types of keywords which are: short tail (one word), medium tail (2-3 words) and long tail (3-5 words) keywords. Make sure that you don’t always use one type of keyword in order to get the highest level of competition possible. These keywords will automatically influence your ranking in the search engines. When selecting for keywords, make sure that they are well organized, relevant and within your title. Place them in the first paragraph of your post and vary the terms you use within the entire post. When initially deciding on keywords, it is vital that you hire a digital agency to properly decipher the correct keywords. A digital agency like us should undertake rigorous keyword research and trial and error processes in order to end up with the most appropriate keywords for your business.

  1. Come Up with an outline while writing and optimizing at the same time

In order to write a great post within a short time, it is important that you lay down a plan to guide you through while writing. Create great content while ensuring that the keywords are integrated within the text and header titles. Pay attention to the content length for it to rank highly; avoid less than 300 words per page for better results. Is it appropriate to add alt text to images in order to optimize your work? Yes, this is allowed and you can also add a meta description. And of course, finish by editing your work!

  1. Come Up with a content Chart/Calendar

This will guide and remind you what to do, find relevant content and also avoid duplication of already covered topics. Once in a while you should go through your calendar to find out what you need to add or remove, just to stay updated and on top of things.

In order to become a competent SEO content writer you must familiarise yourself with all the technical aspects of SEO, carry out thorough research and have great copywriting skills. You need help? No worries. Your Digital Solution is always here to help you by offering the best possible solutions for you.

A blog headline means a lot, especially if you are a blogger. Your group of followers might read everything you post, regarding the title, but if you want to attract new followers and grow your audience, headlines are very important.

Actually, you only have 5 seconds, or less, to attract a new follower. That is how much time it takes for a reader to decide if they are going to read your blog post or not. So, it’s clearly pretty damn important that you create compelling headlines, as without one, your blog will fall flat. You can have entertaining and appealing content, but without a good headline, your blog may be ignored.

It is totally worth spending extra time in order to craft the right headline for your blog post. Also, it is essential to capitalize your headlines, regardless the style you choose.

The blog headline should tell your readers what your article is about.

Improve your Traffic from Search Engines –

This is actually one of the most important factors to consider when crafting a blog headline. Use keywords in your title, as this will help search engines direct readers towards your blog.

You should do thorough research of the words readers use to search for the information you are sharing through your content. Moreover, try using AdWords keyword planner, and find out how often are your keywords are searched.

Opinion vs Facts = Always Facts –

Don’t forget that most people are looking for specific information online, and in most cases the readers are not interested in your personal opinion. Instead, they are trying to find factual content which they can trust and use to inform their decision or opinion. Shape the headline around the facts that you have included in your article.

Create Urgency –

The trick with headlines, is creating urgency; shaping a headline in a certain way which makes users feel compelled to read the article. For example, this particular post could have been named something as simple as “Blog Headlines are Important”. This title is okay, but sounds a bit boring and doesn’t create any urgency. The trick is to create urgency… people need to believe that they NEED to read your article. On the other hand, the current title “Why Creative Blog Headlines are SO Important!” sounds more engaging, and the reader expects to find out WHY they should pay more attention to headlines.

Have you ever come across a headline that made you feel like you just had to read the entire article? And afterwards you just had to share it with others? That is exactly what you need for your blog, and it all starts with the headline.

The bottom line is, headlines are key for a successful website. The title is the first thing your readers will see, and decide if they are going to read your article based on it. Now that we’ve explained why headlines are SO important, get to work and make your website even greater than it already is. Need help with that? No worries. Luckily, the professionals at Your Digital Solution are always here to help you and provide the best solutions for you.

In case you don’t already know this fact, there are two categories of a Search Engine Optimization strategy:

  • On-page SEO – what your site is about
  • Off-page SEO – the popularity and authoritative nature of your site

The previously mentioned SEO perform completely different roles in improving search engine optimisation rankings, though both of them are very important in ensuring success of an SEO campaign. It’s important to understand how Search Engine Algorithms work, as there are two main areas that the search engines concentrate on while carrying out evaluation on your site. With respect to search engine results, on-page factors determine “what” you rank for while the off-page determines “how” high you rank.

On-page SEO

The act of optimizing different parts of a website, which in one way or the other influences the search engine rankings, is referred to as on-page search engine optimization.

The various Parts include the following;

Title Tags

It is important to place target keywords in the title page specifically on your site. They should be concise and accurate.

Headings (H1)

Search engines put a lot of weight to headings compared to other page copy because of the fact that they comprise of the largest words on the page. Your target keywords should be worked on into the headings of individual web page ensuring that the page content is accurately reflected.

The Structure of the URL

It is advisable to include keywords into your URLs.

Alt text for Images

Availability of the content management system makes it possible to add “alt text” to images present on the website. The average visitor to the site may not see this text clearly due to its visibility. It is therefore important to insert relevant keywords that provide correct description of the image for the search engine to comprehend the content of your page.

The Loading speed of the page

It is important to optimize your pages in order to ensure that they load faster. Why is this important? Your search will rank higher in the search results compared to other sites.

Useful Page Content

Readers should find important and specific information they are looking for on your site. The usefulness of a page is usually measured by Google so the page should be of great value to the user.

Linking Internally to other Pages

This is crucial to both search engines and page visitors.

Off-page SEO

Off-page SEO covers a wide range of strategies, but mainly concentrates on getting links from other sites in order to increase authority of a given domain. It is possible to calculate how your website score authoritatively ranks compared to other websites using Domain Authority. Your page will have a higher rank if it has many links. Build links to your website through social media, outreach emails, guest blogging and creation of great valuable content. Link building quantity is less valued compared to quality.

It is not possible to go for on-site without the off-page SEO; both work hand in hand towards the improvement of your search engine ranking. It is therefore important to balance the two for both users and search engines to understand.

Everyone who owns a business has dealt with one or two bad reviews at some stage… and then there’s those who have dealt with more than just a few. It’s unpleasant and overwhelming to say the least. Some reviews are warranted while others aren’t. According to Moz, whether you have experienced negative reviews or not, the most important thing for a business is to have a strategy for, if and when the time comes. Why? Because often when we receive negative feedback our very first response isn’t always the most intelligent.

Negative Reviews aren’t THAT bad…

Even though it might feel like a kick to the stomach, negative reviews aren’t the end of your business – don’t shut up shop just yet! A few negative reviews can actually have a positive impact on your SEO, yep you read right… a positive impact! Here’s why Negative Reviews aren’t as bad as you think:

  • The more reviews you have on Google and Web Design Brisbane, the better it is for your local ranking. So, good or bad, it’s still another review and will still positively impact your Search Engine Optimisation. In saying this, if the negative reviews, were positive, this would obviously be better for your SEO and reputation management.
  • According to Search Engine Journal, too many overly positive reviews can create suspicion. Have you ever seen a bunch of dramatically positive business reviews and thought… hmm this looks a little fishy? As reviews are such a huge decision determinant in this digital world, people know that there are fake reviews, there are employers who get their employees to write reviews and of course there are businesses who tactically try to take down their competitors by reviewing them unfavourably. Basically, a couple of negative reviews in the mix, can increase credibility. And, much to your surprise, people do know that nothing is ever perfect and mistakes can happen!
  • Negative reviews, or rather, recurring negative reviews are an opportunity for change. Even if you take it as an opportunity to connect with customers more and offer your apologies and perhaps something for their troubles, this is still a positive change. It’s very important that you let negative reviews fuel you positively. Don’t let them cause you anger or frustration, remember you are a business owner – it’s not always going to be smooth sailing. It’s not about what comes your way, it’s about how you deal with it and this is exceptionally true when it comes to dissatisfied customers.

How to Cope with Negative reviews

1. Take Control of the Situation:
As previously mentioned, responding to reviews is crucial. This means regularly monitoring and managing your Google My Business and Social Media accounts and staying updated on your review activity. According to the Google My Business support page, businesses should “interact with customers by responding to reviews that they leave about your business. Responding to reviews shows that you value your customers and the feedback that they leave about your business.”  This statement is then followed by “high-quality, positive reviews from your customers will improve your business’s visibility and increase the likelihood that a potential customer will visit your location.

Further, a 2018 study by Trip Advisor, show hotels that responded to reviews received 12% more reviews and their ratings increased by 0.12 stars. However the Local Search Association recently reported on a 2018 consumer loyalty survey that found most consumers expect a brand to respond within 24 hours. So, as we said, regularly monitoring your Online accounts is extremely important.

2. Learn from your Mistakes!
Receiving a negative review is always an opportunity to grow as a business! Identify the root cause of this customers review, how, why, when and who it involved, and take steps to improve this area of your business. Perhaps you might discover a flaw in your employee training, or a miscommunication somewhere along the line which can be a lesson learnt for everyone involved. Another cool way to see the silver lining is to source inspiration from your negative reviews for social media/blog content. If you’re noticing a recurring complaint, and it’s something that people are perhaps doing incorrectly or can do differently for a better result, turn it into posts and blogs and teach people.

2. Remedy Remedy Remedy:
If there is some merit to a bad review you have received, offering something for their troubles shows people that you acknowledge their disappointment and are willing to right your wrong. However, even if you don’t believe there is any merit to a negative review, it is still crucial that you reply. Inspired by Moz, here are some of the Do’s and Dont’s of responding to bad reviews:

  • Blame the customer
  • Shift blame onto your staff
  • Accuse the customer of lying or exaggerating
  • Refuse to apologize
  • Refuse to be accountable
  • Use unprofessional language
  • Write a long-winded response
  • Apologise
  • Empathize with the distress they express
  • Accept complete responsibility if you believe there is merit
  • Offer something you think might make amends if the customer would be so kind as to give you the chance (a refund, a meal on the house, a replacement product)
  • Express your commitment to fixing any issues that have been raised and explain what you will do/have done to remedy them
  • Be as transparent and honest as possible about the cause of the mistake
  • Let the customer know you eagerly invite further in-person complaints and feedback because of your commitment to offering them a great experience
  • Keep it brief but sincere

Removing Fake Reviews

Removing fake reviews isn’t always straight forward and can require different levels of persistence case by case. Here’s a general step by step guide that we have used to remove some of our clients fake Google My Business reviews:

1. Respond

As we have mentioned, responding is the first step. In the case of it being a fake review however, explain that you know it’s a fake review, with evidence and that you are taking matters further as this is not a true representation of your business or services.

2. Report the review

Click on the flag next to the reviewer’s name to get to a page where you can report the review as a violation of Google’s TOS. Fill out the form, using your business email address for the contact information. This works better if you can flag the review on a number of different Google Accounts.

3. Contact Google

If within 24 hours the review has not been removed, call Google to get results.

4. Go the legal route

If by this stage, nothing else has prevailed, fill out a legal form request. You can find this at Be persistent, and continue following up and eventually you should have success.

So, hopefully by now, we have calmed your fear of negative reviews and you can see that if dealt with properly, they can actually be an extremely useful and productive learning curve for your business. What is Domain Authority (DA)?

It is important to start off this article by stating that DA is not a Google Ranking Metric. It is in fact a Moz-made Ranking Metric (developed by Moz) which shows you how Moz views your website, in the eyes of Google. This is important to clear up because it can cause confusion.

So, Moz has used Google’s ranking metrics to develop an “authority” based metric to tell people how trustworthy and authentic their website is. Confused yet? Basically, if you want to rank highly in organic search results, your Domain Authority is one of many factors that can assist. So, monitoring your Domain Authority and taking steps to increase it, has the potential to rank you higher in Google and therefore allow you to reach more users and convert more leads.

Why is DA Important?

Smart Insights states that more than 50% of clicks go to the first 3 google results. So, it’s safe to say that doing everything you can to rank higher is a must if you want to increase traffic to your website.

How does DA work?

Domain Authority is a ranking metric which impacts search engine optimization (SEO). Moz developed DA to predict how well a website will rank on search engine result pages (SERPs). Who is Moz? Moz is a marketing software company which focuses on SEO and making SEO easier to understand and use to ones advantage. They have also built a free tool for people to check their website DA –

A Domain Authority score ranges from 1 to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a higher rank which means higher visibility, which means…. a higher CTR (click through rate). Domain Authority is calculated by assessment of over 40 factors, including linking root domains and number of total links, into a single DA score. So, it’s not simple and it certainly is not going to be magically increased over night. However, there are a range of steps you can take to work on your DA.

Just to make things more complicated, you have an overall DA and you have DA’s for certain keywords… for example imagine you have an Electrical business and you provide a range of services and you’re based in the Brisbane CBD. If I type into Google “LED Lighting Installation Brisbane CBD” and you have no content, keywords, or backlinks relating to this service on your website, your DA for this keyword might be really low and therefore shows you that your ranking for this keyword wouldn’t be very high. However if you also do Air-conditioning Installation and you have an abundance of content, keywords and backlinks relating to this keyword you are more likely to have a higher DA for this particular keyword.

How can I get a Higher DA?

Okay if you’ve made it this far you are doing really well! Pat on the back! DA is confusing and it is slightly fluffy at first, but then you find simple solutions to increase your DA and the world makes sense again! See below some simple ways to increase your DA:

  1. If you have ever bought backlinks off a website, now would be a good time to check your DA to see if it has decreased. A Recent upgrades to Moz’s Ranking Metric, was smacking down on “spammy links”. A lot of spammy websites, offer backlinks for $$$, this is now more thoroughly analysed in the Ranking Metric System and websites who have bought backlinks from untrustworthy sources are now being penalised. So, this goes without saying, stay away from spammy links! Do not associate your website with untrustworthy links as you will be penalised.
  2. Getting backlinks from high DA websites will have a positive impact on your DA; if Moz can see that you’re connected to trustworthy websites, this shows that you too can be trusted.
  3. Working on your overall SEO strategy and ensuring everything is running smoothly and consistently can also have a positive impact on your DA. For example, monthly blogs, cleaning up online directories, and consistently updating your GMB (Google My Business) can be a great way to make sure your SEO efforts are in good shape.

It’s been one hell of a ride but you did it! You made it, and you may now rest your tired eyes and your sore brain! Domain Authority is tricky, it’s forever evolving and it can be difficult to wrap your head around. But the solutions for a higher DA are relatively straight forward and simple…especially with a little added help. If this article has been helpful and you would like to discuss working on your DA, get in touch and we can chat about how we can help you with your DA, search engine optimization and ranking higher!

The truth is, there are three important elements you should focus on when trying to improve your SEO (Search Engine Optimisation): content, user experience, and links. And, building links is usually the most challenging one because you don’t really have full control. But, Your Digital Solution (YDS) is glad to help and provide you with a basic guide on how to get started building links for SEO. Here’s everything you need to know about link building:

What is ‘Building Links’ Exactly?

Briefly put, link building is the process of growing the number of links from other websites to yours. But, why are they important for SEO?

Namely, Google uses links as criteria to evaluate the quality and reliability of a page. In other words, your page will have a better SEO if other relevant and reputable websites link to it. And, as a result, your site’s domain authority in search engines will improve drastically. Domain Authority (DA) is a score your site will get from 1 – 100 showing how well your site will rank in SERPs. So, the more links you get to your site, the higher your domain authority and therefore, the higher you rank.

How to Build Links?

Now that you know how important building links is, let’s dig deeper and find out how to build links using some simple methods:

  1. Link Gap Analysis

Link gap analysis, also known as a competitor backlink analysis, is the first method for building links and it is very common and popular. For applying this method, you should just look at your competitors’ links and find the ones you don’t have.

  1. Email Outreach

The second method to help you get started with link building, and just as important as the first method, is email outreach. You simply have to master this skill if you want to build links for SEO.

Also, bear in mind that Google doesn’t want you to pay other websites to link to yours. You have to earn those links. Therefore, in order to get other sites to link to yours, you need to tell them about you. Here’s how you can do that:

  • Try to make a genuine connection

Making a genuine connection is a successful method since people are generally more willing to help if they know you. Hence, try to build a genuine relationship, for example on social media, before asking them to link to your site.

  • Offer something of value

Asking people you don’t know for a favour can be a bit tricky. In today’s society, everyone expects something in return. So, offer them something of value, for example, a guest post, and explain how they will benefit from linking to your site.

  • Make your content worth linking to

You cannot expect people to link back to your website just because you’ve asked them. The truth is, you have to be someone people would want to link to. And, more importantly, your content should be valuable enough to link to.

I know link building sounds a bit difficult and challenging, but the benefits are enourmous. It is definitely worth it!

It’s no surprise that everyone wants to rank higher for their chosen keywords, which requires putting a lot of time and effort into their digital strategy.

According to research, the average CTRs (clickthrough rates) by its position in the Google’s Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) are helpful for improving SEO investment since there’s a noticeable growth in website visits with better rankings when doing a keywords gap analysis.

The Advanced Web Ranking Organic CTR Research (May 2018)

Now, let’s have a look at three different examples showing how clickthrough rates (CTRs) vary by position based on users intent:

  • Organic SERPs CTRs for Brand VS Non-Brand Keyword Intent

The truth is, CTRs for branded keywords are way higher when compared to non-branded keywords. Here are the numbers for being one from the top three: CTRs from 30% in the first position down to 10% in the third position.

  • Organic SERPs CTRs for Generic VS Long-Tail Keywords

Usually, generic search for different products consist of one or two words, whereas long-tail keywords are four words or even more. And, research shows a higher CTR level for long-tail keywords by 3 up to 5% by position due to the fact that these have less ads and lower competition.

  • Organic SERPs CTRs Variation Based on Intent Type

Similarly, there’s a decline here, too, yet commercial and location-based intent type have the lowest figures. In these intent types, there’s usually more competition from AdWords clicks and from other features, such as maps for location.

Fortunately, the AWR (Advanced Web Ranking) data is regularly updated. Plus, it is fully compatible for smartphone resolution and it offers category breakdown.

The MEC Manchester CTR Research (June 2011)

Let’s move on and have a look at the cross-industry comparison of CTRs by MEC Manchester back in 2011. Here are their findings from the Google clickthrough rates by position research:

  • Brand VS Non-Brand Clickthrough Rates

Back then, research showed much higher clickthrough rates for brand keywords and also presented the way they actually impact the rates in general.

  • Sector-Specific Clickthrough Rates

The findings of the industry reports are actually quite compelling. Research shows a great variation among different sectors. Yet, the top 3 positions still share a very common pattern – more than 50% of clicks.

  • Paid VS Natural Share of Search Clicks

Finally, the MEC Manchester research shows that most of the clicks (94% to be more precise) are on the natural listings regardless of the changes to the SERPs Google has made over the years.

Not every business is trying to sell products to the other side of the world. In fact most need to win customers from within a 20km radius. With global marketing tools like Google and Facebook this is getting more difficult, as competitors can take customers from you more easily from outside your territory. We can help you compete far better.

Your Customers are Looking Locally Online

First let’s look at what customers are doing locally, and they appear to be doing a LOT. The average business is found in over 1,000 search results per month with 84% of these coming from “discovery searches” (i.e. they didn’t know who they were looking for!)

And about half of all businesses get over 1,000 views to their listing per month, with 5% of these views resulting in a click, call or direction request. That is 50 enquiries per business! Not to be ignored and it is getting still more interesting, with the search volume growing at 38% in the last year alone.

You do not want to be sitting on the side lines!

Google My Business is a Preferred Search Result

Just look at the results pages on google searches. To get to organic results you have to get past the 4 Ads and then the Maps with another 3 – 4 listings in them BEFORE you get to organic results. At present the map listing (called the 3-pack, soon to be 4-pack) is free, so make hay while the sun shines and do what you can to get in there!

Tips To Dominate Local Searches

There is no silver bullet here, but complete and consistent focus will ensure your listings in online services rise to the top. Use these tips to get there faster.

  1. Your website – make sure it is mobile responsive (works properly on mobile) and is fast to load. Google dominates mobile search and rewards those that do this, penalising those that don’t.
  2. Your message – be clear about what you do in 3 lines or less. On a mobile screen (and on a PC) you only have a moment of a user’s attention, use it! Hit them between the eyes with what makes your business amazing. And be sure to mention your location in blog or social media posts and keywords. It all helps and be sure to monitor social reviews and be ‘professionally familiar’ with people you know to show you are a part of the community.
  3. Your business details – let local customers know your location (der…), but also your opening hours, multiple contact methods and REVIEWS!
  4. Call to Action for Locals – give them a reason to shop locally with a Local’s Discount, mention community groups or schools you like to support with better services or pricing and of course because you are local you are convenient and fast to get to.
  5. It isn’t JUST digital local marketing – use other location based marketing too: get involved in your community and get links to your site from them, link to other local businesses and reach out to your local community in local newspapers, good old flyers/postcards and of course any business or car signage.

The more questions you ask and the more agencies you enquire with, the deeper understanding you will acquire about web development and the different stages in the process.

Research on various other websites is also important, perhaps you might design find bits and pieces from various websites you might want to incorporate into yours.

Make a Plan
Similar to the last point made, having a general plan and organising content is important to ensure your developer understands your vision and can create a design you will love. Additionally, it is important to have everything prepared prior to your website being created to ensure the project doesn’t drag out for too long.

Minimal Coding
There is a lot of debate regarding ‘low/no code websites”. Coding is important, it plays an integral role especially for certain elements within a website. However, minimal code is best as it allows you to be able to edit and make changes needed over time through the back end – without having to pay a developer.

Generate a URL Redirect Plan
Ensure you get your developer to generate a URL redirect plan to ensure you don’t have to redirect a whole bunch of pages later on (very time consuming).

Know Your Audience
It’s important to know your audience for a variety of very obvious reasons, however, knowing how to appeal to your audience through a website can be a whole new ball game. A law or financial services site would be conservative in look and feel and to get a certain message or offer to be seen, consider polite pop ups (like a wave banners), chat boxes or for example if you’re targeting an older demographic make your layout simple and easy to navigate.
